Terms of service

These terms govern your use of QCeedo — the applications at app.qceedo.com, the iOS and Android builds of the same product, and this website. By creating an account or joining a company with an invite code, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
QCeedo is provided by Arveedo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
1. The service
QCeedo is an operational tool for cleaning companies: property cards, job records, evidence photographs, scheduling and stock counts. We provide it as it stands and we develop it continuously. We may add, change or withdraw features; if we withdraw something you depend on, we will give you reasonable notice.
2. Accounts, codes and your crew
An administrator account requires a valid email address, which must be confirmed before a company can be created. Crew members join a company using an invite code issued by an administrator; the code is the credential, so treat it like a password.
You are responsible for who you invite, what access you give them, and for removing people who leave. You are responsible for all activity under your company's account. Tell us promptly at hello@qceedo.com if you believe an account or code has been compromised.
3. Your data
Everything you and your crew put into QCeedo — properties, standards, job records, photographs, notes — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and we do not use it to train machine-learning models or for any purpose other than running the service for you. We process it as described in the privacy policy.
You can export the whole of it at any time from Manage → Backup → Download a copy of everything, without asking us.
You are responsible for having the right to enter the information you enter — in particular, property access details and any photograph taken inside somebody's home. Where the law requires you to tell your crew that their working time and clock-in position are recorded, that is your obligation as their employer, not ours.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use QCeedo to break the law, to store material you have no right to store, to attempt to reach another company's records, to probe or overload the service, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, and we will tell you why.
5. Trial, fees and payment
New companies get a 30-day free trial. We do not ask for a card to begin it.
After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the price published on qceedo.com. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which we will add where it applies.
Subscriptions are purchased on this website, not inside the mobile apps. The apps themselves are free to download and contain nothing to buy.
We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
6. Cancelling, and what happens to your records
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee. We do not refund part-months, except where the law requires it.
When a trial ends unpaid, or a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the account becomes read-only rather than closed: nobody can start new jobs or edit records, and every existing record, photograph and report stays visible and exportable. We keep it that way for at least 12 months, and we will give you at least 30 days' written notice before deleting anything after that.
You can ask us to delete the account and everything in it at any time by writing to privacy@qceedo.com. That is irreversible — export first.
7. Availability
We work to keep QCeedo running and we do not promise it will never be unavailable. The app is built to keep working on a device with no connection, and to send its work when the connection returns, which is the practical protection against an outage reaching your crew.
8. Evidence and records — what QCeedo is and is not
QCeedo records what your crew enters and stamps it with server time and, where the device provides one, a position. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not verify that any statement entered into it is true, and it is not a substitute for legal, insurance or employment advice. Whether a record satisfies any particular claim, insurer, regulator or court is not something we can promise.
QCeedo is not a payroll system and does not pay anybody. Any hours it totals are for your own use.
9. Warranties and liability
QCeedo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential loss.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use QCeedo after that date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, cancel.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using QCeedo at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or that has not paid — in the last case, by making it read-only as described in clause 6 rather than by closing it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the state and federal courts sitting in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country.
